Our primary CEMS service area is the mid Atlantic region of the US. This includes Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York (including NYC), Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Field Technicians are located regionally. We frequently travel beyond this region to assist customers. Service contracts with 24/7 response are available. BOE's Basic Instruments are distributed throughout the world.

Black Oak Engineering is often called upon to assist researchers and other professionals in their design and development efforts. BOE bridges the gap between abstract theory and practical implementation. Strong theoretical understanding is absolutely necessary in order to predict behavior, optimize parameters, gauge stability, and make improvements. Yet too often theory exists far removed from practical realities. BOE balances theoretical top-down understanding with bottom-up practicality.
You will find us easy to work with. As consultants, we typically charge by time. There is no charge for an initial brain-storming session. We frequently travel to customer sites. We offer agile responsiveness and turnkey solutions. We serve the needs of industry, universities and government. We actively volunteer in the community.
