Description. The Lizard provides a simple way to charge up to five lithium battery cells quickly and safely using a common USB-C cable.

Lizard Specifications

    • Designed for lithium-ion and lithium polymer batteries.
    • Up to five cells may be charged simultaneously.
    • Voltage range:  3.4 to 4.2 V.
    • Constant-current / constant-voltage algorithm.
    • Executes a complex state machine with standby, precondition, CC, CV, completion, and timeout.
    • Charge time depends on battery capacity and state of charge.
    • Reverse current protection.
    • Soft start low current in-rush.
    • Automatic cut-off on completion.
    • Connectors, each channel:  2 mm JST & terminal block.
    • Check polarity before connecting.
    • Green LED indicates charging state.  Flash on fault.
    • Moderate 150 mA max charge current avoids stressing battery.
    • EMI protection.
    • Standard 1 m USB-C power cable.
    • Temperature range:  ‒40 to +80 °C (‒40 to +175 °F).
